We may earn from some links, but the site should still read honestly

How recommendations work

We use both exact-product links and search-style fallback links, depending on how confidently we can identify the right product destination.

If the most honest destination is a merchant page instead of Amazon, the site should point there rather than pretending every product belongs in one marketplace.

Affiliate coverage is treated like an operating surface to improve over time, not a reason to blur what a page actually recommends.

What commissions do not buy

They do not buy guaranteed rankings in reviews.

They do not override use-case fit for beginners versus experienced cooks.

They do not turn merchant product pages into editorial verdicts. A shop link is a buying path, not the whole judgment.

Questions about a link?

If a link destination feels weak, misleading, or outdated, send the page to the editorial inbox. Link quality is something we expect to tighten over time, and the affiliate settings surface exists so operators can prioritize those upgrades on purpose.
